Returns
There is no 'change of mind' returns accepted.
We offer a full 12 month warranty on all our products. They are all backed by manufacturer warranty periods. This warranty protects against manufacturer faults only and will not cover misuse. We will assess the warranty once we receive the product back. If we determine that a manufacturer warranty is applicable then we will return a new unit to the customer or have your existing unit repaired.
We will require full proof of purchase and the buyer will be responsible for return postage. If we determine that the product doesn't meet warranty conditions, then the buyer will be responsible for postage for the item to be returned to them.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired by the supplier.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at homegolfoz@gmail.com and we will assist you with the process for getting a product shipped back to us for assessment of warranty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
